How To Use

1. Use two times daily before bedtime and morning after shower.
2. Take a little Snorlex Oil and swipe across the nose area, including in the nostrils, and take a few long breath.
3. Apply Snorlex Oil on the neck and slightly on the chest if there any respiratory problems while sleeping.
